yeah me and my mate
only had to drill the two holes for locking bracket and then two holes for seat belts

i was having same problem but got a suzuki vitara back seat cost $100 from suzuki wreckers it fits good, there are two holes at front of the tray they line up to the brackets on the seat, then just drill two more for the locking bracket. im installing it tomorrow i can post some pic's if u want, i ...
