its only ever happened over 60ks, it doesn't stop till i'm standing still. sometimes when i go over bumps it feels like it might be about to start, but i'm not sure if thats just the steering dampner.

i'm from SA and i've just bought a 96 sierra as my first car. my mate has 31's that will fit the rims i have at the moment but i have to get a body lift first. but thats gonna suck if its not even legal. does anyone know the SA rules? or who i would contact to find out?
