well my experiment with itialian gears waas a faliure. dont use these if your running a hp rear. on the weekend mine went bang. although that is with 37"s though. got a genuine center in now so we'll see how that works.

well i have just swapped a efi motor in my friends truck. was carby. I have swapped the entire loom, dash and air con. i have every thing hooked up as far as i can tell but i get no joy when i turn the key. cant even get head lights.lol. anyone got some suggestions. ???????? cheers in advance ray

prob just mud . you could try washing it out but prob wont work now. lol. a VL alt fits but you have to modify the alt housing to fit snug. i did this a couple of times. now i have a falcon alt in took heaps of grinding to make it fit. good luck.

today i swapped in a new 4.6 ratio into the rear of my troll. all backlash settings were good but on coast it seems to whine loudly. should i be worried? thanks in advance. ray

yeah these are made by antonio maserio. just thought i'd give em a go. and if anyone will brake them i should. 37" creepies, reverse cut running hp rear and a super charger waiting to be bolted in. just an experiment to see how they go. the guy selling them hadn't ever heard of running front gears ...

Image well they turned up today :armsup: they seem to be well made on sight. no blemishes or any thing. i'll bolt it in to my hp rear this weekend and we'll all see how good they are.

bud a bigger exhaust is always a worthy mod. i'd go a 3" myself. on my 3l i run a 2.5". no cat just a straight thru muffler and dump pipe. prob should have a cat though. haha just my opinion. cheers ray

yep drive it every day. groceries, work, play, tourer, towing tandem trailer. as for the measurement i just lined it up with the center of the pinion. (no leaks yet). although looking at it you could prob just raise it 75mm. i kinda wish i'd cut the pumpkin off and welded front to rear. http://i179 ...

sorry, the holes in the third member need to be drilled to 10mm. the ones that bolt to the diff housing.

dude there was a thread on a finish 4x4 site i found a link to accidentally a few years ago. (link was on a patrol site)( truck was mq patrol if i remember correctally) it was really good and the way he did it it still articulated really well. ill have a look but dont know if ill have any luck.
