Well I checked the guaze thingy with no signs of shit in there. Re bled the fuel system and check for air leaks by cracking an injector and everything seems ok. So I drained the diesel and next step is to remove and flush the tank. Fingers still crossed for bad fuel.

I'll have a look mate. I know that on the fuel filter there is a drain with a sensor on it that tells me when there is water in the filter. Thats prob the water/fuel seperator. Thanks for the help.
