As Wozza said get a bogaard they are a very reliable unit well worth the money. Trucks have been running the bogaard turbo timer for a long time for good reason.

The rule of thumb is 100rwkw from a GQ and 130rwkw from the GU and thats abour all you will get out of the stock pumps.

That intercooler I fitted made no differance at all to lag in any way. As for engine temps made a slight increase but bugger all. depends on how good your cooling system is to.

I made this mysalf, it was $100 for the cooler (450x300x75) new/second hand. Fitted it all mysalf and got the cooler pipes made at an exhaust shop who ripped me off and did a crap job, cost $400 and that finished it off.

Intercooler is a big help with the pyro temps if you srart fueling it up and putting more boost in. I droped about 100 deg C after I fitted the cooler.

100rwkw is about all you will get out of a GQ injector pump you will need a GU pump or get yours moded with an 11mm rotor head and boost compensator.

I vote nissan of course.

Im on my second set of KMs. got 80,000 out of the last set and these ones are going good not to much noise grip well in all conditions. I just hope the KM2s are as good.

Speak to mark at JPC 03 9469 2566 he is in Thomastown. Yes its a performance shop but he will still tune it safe and get the most out of it.

x2 ARB. I did mine a while back replaced the bearings bushs and seals in the winch and bushs on the and did the brake with brake disks and bearings. cost around $300 ish for the lot may have been a bit more.

JPC do them for about $600 may be a bit more thats all the work and the coolant rail and parts. Its a drilling into the head near the glow plug that helps even and better cooling around the pre-cups and is recomended on big power TD42s. x3 you cant go past the TD42 built tough pumping in a sh!t load of fuel and boost. Its not cheap but well worth it.
