Or do all the teams then have to complete yet another round to be considered for that 'final five' shootout on the day?

i went to have a look and was really impressed.

Great work guys this has the makings of a great comp series.

i worked till 4.30pm, was at the comp by 5.00, to see some good 4wd action, and was home within 1/2 hour.

its fantastic to have a REAL 4WD comp thats not 2 or 3 hours away!!( for Sydney ...

Only got one word to use to describe yesterday's Round 2 -

I'll contain myself for another couple of hours in deference to the amount of hours both he and Wayne put in prior to the event - I realise that sometimes you just need sleep!

I think we all could work out who came ...

Our damage toll - a couple of trailing arms, a steering rod (or two), a panel or two, one rear tail light lens. Not bad all in all for what was probably the least moded vehicle on the track.

There was some brilliant driving - TLCC, Suzuki deserve a mention there.
There was some brilliant rollovers ...

To Jo, Darren, Cameron, David, Michael and all the rest of the 'regular' site staff - thank you for being there and thank you for all the guidance and support you offered in my first year as support staff.

I did.. maybe not very well, but I did manage to get all 8 events done in the one day.. and get the GQ cleaned before walking in the door here at 7.55pm. Long day but a good one!

Gotta say.. the events were a tad harder this year compared to last. Tougher on the cars ...

If you really want to spoil her, let her take the 4by over the hill to the River Island Resort for a couple of hours - day visitors can use the pool/spa etc for around the $25-$30 mark. I did it last year ...

I just love having a sneak peek as I drive down the M4 in the am/pm peak hour - its looking better and better each day! (Just wish they'd cut some of those screening bushes on the southern kerb! ;))

At first it was just a barren dirt hillside, then there were a few objects randomly placed up and ...

Im yet to see any footage but i was really bound up on a log and then it just let go and seemed to flip me almost instantly.
