hilux 3 row diesel one works a treat. if you are concerned about heat off road try the marks 4wd engine driven fan kit but its a bit pricey. mine was fine with just a 14" thermo you can also get the later model diesel rads(93+) fitted with a 4 row core that will keep a v8 cool so should be good for ...

thanks for the help fella's it turn'd out to be a combination of crap in the injectors an throttle boby i think as i cleaned the throttle body out an i ran some injector cleaner as well an no its going sweet ( for a 1600 anyway :D :D ) thanks for all the help

bracar80 with the vr motor they run a body control module and unless you pulled the complete wiring loom out of the vr you won't have it, to overcome this you need to buy a body control simulator wich will overide all the antitheft. my mates got v6 in his hilux with turbo 700 his fuel gauge doesn't work . so he has been filling it up every 300k's an hasn't run out of fuel yet . an thats around town driving. as for bein a crap conversion anything is an upgrade from standard power. :lol:
