Sounds right Sim.. Been running mine at 8-10 not had anything stuck in the beads... They are awesome i have not had a single issue & they are near as good as lockers i rekon If its not going to be a serious track i often only go down to 15 and they have heaps of grip so i would try 15 in the slop ...

Guys i have 80 thou on the factory clutch & had an issue over easter.. big puff of smoke & still smelt it a couple of hours later... done alot of heavy towing, carrying etc but still 80k is not much.. Since im heading up the Cape for 3 weeks in may it might need a newie & the flywheel machined.. So ...

Hi all just got a set of 35/12.5/16 Creepies & wondering what pressures any other owners are running.. or opinions with regard to on road pressures... MAX STATED PRESSURE is 30 psi so i figure i will start with 30 on road then off go 15 to 20 off road.. On road i have always used the 4psi rule ...

Have a Boost Guage to put in but not sure where & how to mount it on the Turbo/manafold..
Where have you mounted Guage e.g pillar pod, side or on top of dash

I ran OME for 50K did ok alot of heavy carrying & alot of off road work but i had 650 kilo leafs & air bellows so it was uncomfortable.. Now run EFS with Elite shocks no bellows & is great... i dont carry much now so removed an upper leaf & had them reset the difference is huge in comfort & flex ...

Sometimes its as simple as buying apples..... some are good and some just arnt but you dont know till you bite into it. You could buy 3 trucks all new and 1 will have some problems wont it, but if you can sort it out alls good but then sometimes for whatever reason it simly wont fix & it pisses you ...

carrying 1000 kilo camper on the tray & towing 3 tonne of boat we did the same thing a few years back... Polly Air Bellows - tough so wont puncture - psi from 20 unloaded to 100 the most i had them up to was 50psi - There is NO chance of maintaining any flex what so ever they are fixed to the axle ...

Got to agree with buying a running roadworthy truck straight up & then take it apart.. As for vehicles interstate i have bought a few motorbikes interstate & loved catching a plane from Melb to sydney then riding it back same goes for cars just make a weekend trip of it for fun....
