Re: Buying a new diesel 4by - Fuel Filtration
But the air dog would overcome the possible fuel starvation and you could just have the standard or aftermarket before it right?

What about the pure flow air dog ( a member gave a link a while ago about these) for the new vehicles? Haven't heard much about them or people running them only what i read from their page.

Adapting master cylinders to boosters
G'day, after info on adapting a master cylinder to a booster with different flange bolt hole positions. I'm thinking of making an adaptor to suit but that would make the master cylinder sit the thickness of the adaptor further out from the booster... Can the shaft be lengthened to account for the ...

Re: Current model dual cabs, your opinions?
Had a look around the new ford/mazda dual cab other day and it looked alright apart from the very small gap between tire and shock strut. It looked to me if you let you're tyres down the tyre would scrub the strut. Has anyone had this happen or noticed the lack of room there?

Wondering how much trouble you'd have fitting a manual box from 100 series 1hdfte to 80 series 1hz? Basically same gearbox but use different size clutch right?

Whats the best dual battery system to run a glassmat and lead acid? Been told they fight each other and have seen a few die prematurely. Can you get away with something basic or better off with a marine or similar?

Bilstein for 80's
Just wondering if many people are running 5000 series or remote res bilstein shocks on their 80. Looking into using an 8 inch shock to suit 4 inch lift, carrying a load touring and offroad work. Trying to find a set that i don't have to chop and change too much to fit.

I've used the selleys mastic on the fire wall/footwell where i repaired some rust. I stitched in some zinc seal sheet that over lapped a lil, couple of coats of paint then mastic inside and out to help seal then more over the top. 4 years on its still good.
