fill it up to the top with fresh stuff fill up again at half a tank and when you fill up again after that change your fuel filter (its probly over due any way)
why waste diesel you paid for it doesnt go off over time

Anything is possible with the TD42, why would you go a petrol when it just dies in the ass when you go through a big puddle???? My Td42 has a turbo and a fuel pump and some pipes connecting them all together and it was dyno @ 170RWKW & around 650Nm of touque with a cracked piston and a leaking head ...

you will never get a road worthy for it if you decide to sell it had a mate with a mav and he twisted the chassis and put a gq chassis under it and couldnt sell it because the chassis was from a different manufacutre

get a new genuine nissan radiator cap for a start
if that doesnt solve it get a pressure test done on the cooling system
and then you could try a compression test if you still havent solved you problem

I recommend the the Maxxis Bighorns. Great on dirt and mud, great on the road wet and dry for a muddy. And I got 2 years out of mine with a welded rear diff. Not sure of the kilometres tho. I got bighorns at the moment cant fault them except for road noise great for everything, if you dont do too ...
