wow what a thread, great info but does most of these leaf packs apply to a hj47 UTE aswell? Also when the front diff moves forward does anything need to be done on the steering side of things? and does the top shock mount need to be moved?

hey every one, ive got a hj47 ute that has 33s and rubs on the front inner quard and the stearing arem (no power steering :bad-words:) So what i am asking is your ideas on what to do with the suspension? i would like to lift it about 2 to 3 inches, want reasonble flex as well as i nice smooth ride ...

cheers for the help every one, took it for another drive today and the parents have approved :armsup: but stupid me last time didnt look at the spec plate, had a look today and its a 1980 model hj47 that came standard with the 2h hehe over the moon :D oh and to all the other p platers and l platers ...

a spring scale ? may i ask what that is, so tighting them up to firm wont be enough? also looking to see where the best palce to get a seal from or should i just get the whole kit?

hey people just enquiring to see if any one has rebuilt there swivel hubs, a hj45 im looking at needs new seals. How hard is this to do? Does any one put up or know of a step by step guide? Also what else should i look out for in this ute? oh its a tray backs with a 2h in it
