i thought we where talking about filling ac out of a bbq gas bottle, obviously the commercially available products have been threw saftey tests and proven to be safe where as i very much doubt you will see on any bbq gas bottle that it is safe to use in a ac system.

ive got them in mine, i like them as you have the choice of low or low low and when you have a 3.0l petrol that comes in handy, mine didnt cost that much got the std rear shaft shortened and the front shaft needs a centre bearing to clear the cross member, i made my own by cutting the nissian shaft ...

every model can be different, test it with a test light. the best easyist way is to run it into the stoplight pin on the trailer plug. dont use scotch locks to tap into the stoplight wire, they fail far to often. best to peel back the insulation and solder it, it a bit of a stuff around, but so is ...

they dont go much better in a nissan from what ive heard if your going to go to the effort of doing a engine swap go a v8. any conversion you will need a 4.2l gearbox as adapters aren't available to bolt up to the 3.0l box
