haha custom tray and mudflaps on door hinges so they can be pinned up when being used offroad. Wouldnt mind some nice suzuki mudflaps though, cant find them anywhere :lol: If you pin your rear mudflaps up what will protect your tray from the random shopping trolleys you come across in the bush :D ...

Would go coils but i already have a set of yjs sitting at home so id prefer to use them, i also have springs to go 3/4elip but the yjs should flex good without it so i dont know if i should use them or not. i do like the bar work on the front of that and my front clip is alot worse than it looks in ...

nice, with the 2 gear boxs it would be a 10 speed? Wouldnt it be more than 10. You have 6gears on the motorbike box and 5 on the 4x4box with high and low. ie you could be in the 4th gear on the bike box and the 3rd on the 4x4 box and be in low range. Everyone is always going on about getting more power but ive never seen anything in here about reducing weight to gain performance and since weight is so important in a zook does anyone have any tricks to cut it down?
