switch tanks asap and hold your foot flat to the floor while still in gear 9 out of 10 times it will keep goin other wise 4 some reason my rig self bleeds by turnin the key with fooot flat to floor about 30 secs of cold ...

i was impressed it was soft & flexy but didnt bum hump like the 4 runner did & the runner was twin locked & twin transfered
i dont no weather it was the wrap bars doin but mine & the 4 runner didnt have 1 & we both bum humped

the diff went no were & after it went snapy snap and i drove behind him there was a bit of diff wrap so ill give it a 10 out 10 on the infield test

USE AN 80,S pitman arm it worked well on mine

I think it takes a bout 2.5- 3 ltr

i got my old rims cut & fliped to the maximum offset wich was about 60mm
widder each side makin it 120mm wider track

i found that ther earlier generation 4.8's have a thinner crown wheel when compared to the later 4.8's. so if you are using the older crown in a newer housing thisa may have a problem. i had them laying side by side so i definately know there is a difference

yes but there is 10- 20 mm gap if i remember right & that is a bit to much to adjust the teth r on the out side of the crown wheel

I GOT A 4:8 DIFF CENTER & the crown wheel & pinion dont fit
into my limo housin they have a big gap between the crown wheel & pinion
when u look at it the crown wheel is to far to the left
the housin they came with fit my lux & mesh ok but now that they dont fit my limo my mate wanted to fit it ...

yes it was 15% out & the 18 tooth was 20%
so in theory i need a 15 tooth

just remove the globes its all good

i put my original cog back in wickh made it go from 15-20% out
the transfer came with 17 tooth cog i put in an 18

if u find it let me no

r all hilux transfer ratios the same from 84 -95
cause i just changed mine & now the speedo is out 20%
& i was always told they were the same

i got xtractors sittin on the floor $50 buck ther yours
or u could get a 2nd hand turbo from east coast wreackers 4 around $7-800 buck like i did

ive watched the guys do mine way 2 much work 2 b done in the back shed 4 $70 bucks u can get them fliped up the road from my place
