has anyone fitted an aftermarket intercooler on the 2.5TD?

send me an email & I'll send you a pic (I don't know if I can do it on here) I have continental cross 31 x 10.5 x15. they have a slightly bigger rolling dia. than all the other 31's I tried, real quiet on the road as well Sun raisers fit fine I have the ROH ones but have had both Toyota and nissan ...

still got the gasser, how do you like your courier? now the head has been done it's a great car, and the bigger wheels make it so much better at highway speeds

Hi,
anyone know if you can get flares for an 02 ford courier (twin cab). my tyres stick out & I havn't seen any of those "one size fits all" ones that look much good. I don't know if there is a standard ford part available or something better aftermarket?
