My 100 series gets 320 k's out of 90 lts of gas around town and about 400 k's on a trip.
Full time 4x4 and 35" tyres (electronic speedo correction so km's are correct)

I've got 3" king springs on my 100 series and I wouldn't recommend them, they are too soft. I had 2" medium duty Old Man Emu springs before and they were much better and gave about the same ride height as the 3" king springs. I've got a 2000 model 105 petrol manual with a 2" lift, 30mm spring packers front and rear and Koni long travel shocks.
