VDJ79 - Installing Switches

hey guys,

started doing a bunch of wiring on the landcruiser vdj79...

went to install a red arc brake controller on the the dummy switch next to the steering wheel as shown pulled it out to find it has all wires attached to it, this is a dummy switch does anyone know what these wires are for ...
