Re: Tyre Topic - Nitto Mud Grapplers

Nitto has assigned a new Australian dealer. Now, nearly every tyre shop will be able to source the product through YHI.
There are numerous containers being unloaded across the country as we speak, so most sizes will be in stock.
We will have a display at King of the Park, and I will be racing the ...

What a weekend! Thanks to Steve and all his officials, you set some good fun tracks. And big arms up to all the competitors who punished there cars in those crazy conditions. It was certainly an experience I won't forget any time soon!

Re: OFFROAD BOSS KING OF THE RIM 2012

If you build to CCDA spec, you will be fine. You don't need any bracing down the centre of the windscreen, but if it were me, I would add it for own peace of mind.
Make sure you have minimum "X" in the B-Pillar. Minimum 2.5mm wall tube. We are not talking huge speed, so it isn't worth going down the ...

Re: OFFROAD BOSS KING OF THE RIM 2012

Quick question, as everyone knows single cab utes are tight for space and ccda allow externals that are built to internal specs. I have read the rules and it does not state an internal is a must, therefore, if we have a 6 (or 8) point external that is properly, professionally made with the correct ...

Get in contact with Marty or Justin from Allied. There definitely is a problem, it isn't just your set. They are aware of this, so give them a bell.

the insurance is outdated. There is a reason for a lot of events going away from rego. For in the case an incident does occur, the insurance will not hold due to the extensive modifications on the vehicles. There is no way that these cars could bolt 33s on and drive on the road, and being legal. I ...

It pretty much depends on what setup will fit the best under your car. Both a triangulated 4 link setup, and a 3 link plus panhard will provide you with plenty of movement. And yes, controlable flex is ...
