recently changed all my bushings to super pro poly.bushing, but im still getting a shimmy on my steering wheel...i was considering to get a heavy duty steering damper and maybe that would have solved the slight shimmy..any recommendations? and do you guys think it may resolve my situation, thanks.

no one ever bought mintex,or hawk pads for their jimny??

which company makes ceramic brake pads for the jimny? ive been looking around but not much luck, im only getting the OHK brand

just the dash borard, steering wheel and hand brake vibrates...sry yes its a jimny...yes i have taken the wheel off before and cleaned the surrounding area but i have not applied any lube...

humm anyone..could it be a mount?

ive been getting a vibration in my van everytime i release my hand brake in my jimny..anyone knows what might be the possible cause of that? and also it occurs when i put it in drive sometime..any suggestions?

alien^^^ oh ok i didnt think they were much different at all, but thanks for the heads up..yeh i know, im trying to not buy it out of aussi cuz the rates are high..i have already ordered a poly.bushing kit from super-pro out of aussi and its comming up to around $4,300TT dollars, which is around ...

yeah i saw those b4, but its abit pricy through..i was getting a pair from stop-tec in the states for $200..which is a pretty reputable company of brakes

well i know there are some of the older jimny's in the states ( samurai ) and idk if it is safe the assume that most parts for the jimny and the samurai are interchageable? cuz if it is, then idk why the US doesnt have some aftermarket or much OEM parts...the most i have located out of the US are ...

does any company make aftermarket springs for the 98-02 jimny? im not looking for any lowering springs or any springs that usus a lift kit or anything likr that, i wanna keep my origional height but i just want a stiffer/fatter springs so as to stiffen up my suspension abit..

im looking to purchase some drilled and slotted rotors for my 98-02 jimny..and i wanna know if anyone has the measuremens of the rotor discs? OD, thickness and hub space? currently i do not my my vehicle to measure it so until it comes back i decided to ask if anyone here know/ already has it ...

im looking to beef up my suspension a lil bit..my bushings seems to be going through cuz at higher speeds on the highway my back end pulls a lil bit and my stearing wheel shimmers and it sometimes pulls either left or right, so i believe its bushings..however im going to order a polyurethane kit ...

true, but if i use a generally small turbo wouldnt that provide low end power as well?? and didnt the older jimny come turbo and it worked out prerry well??

why would you use a supercharger than a turbo?
