Shit hey. I got a GQ with a 2000 GU engine in it. I've got 410K on mine, don't know the K's on the GU engine. I just bought a top mount cause I've already got air con and horns that block the radiator, going to put a scoop for cooler air flow and see how it runs then. Before I took it into somewhere ...

Mate I have exactly the same problem with my 92 turbo'd GQ. I've done everything you've done, including a tune incase it was a fuel problem. I've just bought a top mount intercooler which is on it's way. Let us know how you go with new hoses.
