It will prolly have a quadtrac.. which is vacuum operated.. Pull the hoses of one at a time.. and see if it sucks to your finger. Else.. it could be the chain slipping/stretched.

reason is jep diffs cost a SH!Tload more than a yota diff. Yota/nissan are more accessable (? ) Tcase could be a NP 208 or NV241.. Depends oin what info I can get. Other option is FJ early or GQ Tcase. ORI have done that to a hilux diff.. under a pajero! FJ diffs are "apparently" bolt on to a CJ ...

Jeep wrangler YJ have them.. they just make you steer better as the locate the axle better than leaves. Alot of the yanks use a telescoping tracbar.. you undo the collar and the trackbar can shorten or lengthen as need be.

Does this sound always happen? Or is it only every so often? Mine does the same.. But jeep said it was loose u bolts ( ? ) WTF?? Checked almost everything. Havent checked the front half of the jeep yet!
