My lux had a high K motor and leaked from the heater pipe into the manifold, had almost no coolant in the whole system and the rad cap was shagged and with aircon on never over heated. Have you acutally confirmed that either radiator you had fitted is clean and not clogged with a few hundred thousand km's of crap? What radiator do you have, have you bled any air from the system.
