Well you can buy off the shelf from ARB (something priced-ok) a gearbox packer kit which comes with longer bolts for about $40 - $45. in the kit it comes with two plates for each side which will drop you transfer case 12mm which is fuck all...but then you could get more kits or get a thick plate ...

Well if russell is the objective here then why not go old skool methods and wrap the bearings in rags and smash the race off then get the trusty cold chisel and split the inner collar - no luck upgrade chisel to 4" angle grinder then go back to the chisel!!! I changed my track rod and upgraded to a drop steering arm so had to buy GU tie rods which bolt onto a GQ....they were only $100 EA from nissan in brisbane...don't be touched the sport is dear enough as it is!! and so is fuel!!! :twisted:

Go the turbo....nothing beats the look in ppl faces when they are burnt off at the lights by a sleeper - except for the BOV...plus your motor is ready for the turbo being carbie feed..I am doing this conversion myself I am just waiting for the front mount tanks to be put on....cheaper and I get fuel ...
