i would go the simex mt's on a stock-geared daily driver.
if i had gears and a set of road tyres id save up for Nevs trekkers.
ive heard ppl say the mongrels are awesome, then the same ppl try the et's and say the mongrels are crap comparitively. dunno.
id want a set of bias claws myself..

www.nbs4x4club.com is the biggest club around bris for zooks. i wont say its good, because what might be good for one person doesnt mean its good for another, but theres a lot of zooks in one place so its a good start.
theres a good crowd hanging out at www.auszookers.com too. not a 'club' tho.

just make sure theyre 1lt Narrow Track (SJ40) disc brake diffs. the later NT diffs are different. Different axles, different centres. but you prolly already figured that out..

if you can get uni's for 15ea, do the intermediate shaft ones too. i'll bet theyre on their way out if your rear one looks like that (had the same issue recently, ended up doing all of them)
