yea all the skyline "RB" motors bolt straight up to the GQ rb30 and rd28 gearboxes and the GU rd28 gearboxes, TB42 turbo is good too.. iv just done mine.. aprox 160kw at the wheels

2K seems like ALOT for these? where i work, they sell these calipers for under $200 a pair, they are the same caliper as an R32, R33, R34, 300zx and R32GTR skyline.. braided line costs aprox 150-200 cant imagine the discs cost 1600? surely they would just be a 2piece disc off another vhechle.. ? i ...

HEY GUYS... COULD PEOPLE POST UP WHAT THEY HAVE USED FOR IGNITION? iv got lots of diferent story's as to what works.. some people have said i should be ok on 8psi with gas leads, 0.7 gapped plugs and thats it...? others iv see go all out and use a boost retard and elec ignition and booster etc etc ...

As far as convertions go.. Me an a close mate have just finished doing a zd30 - 350chev (learnt that standard Chev soft engine mounts don't like staying in one piece for too long when in low range 4wd!!) his Gu drives real nice now tho.. Waiting for a new radiator atm tho as the fan went through it ...

WHY WOULD YOU WANT LPG? I AGREE.. LPG DOSNT SUIT TOURING.. BUT I NEVER MENTIONED LPG?

i would do a 4.5 or 4.8 (depending on ur budget) and do a turbo kit.. lots of people will try n stop u from going down the 4.5 turbo route.. but realisticly its the same 5 all over the internet that have given them a bad name.. i know of more that that that have been going for a long long long time ...

could be a buggered hose clamp by the looks of it.. looks like it could do with an oil catch can maybe?

late model gq come with efi set up.. tb42e? i think... you can also use NISSTUNE to tune ur standard ecu on them too... sux we cant do it on the tb45 tho

usually once ur car has been tunned ull have more timing off boost and therefor more power.. which = less throttle when ur cruising.. plus when ur cruising with a turbo set up like this even at 100 kph you would usually be in vaccume.. so basicly .... more timing = more power = less throttle ...

td42 manifolds are low mount... yep they fit.. id imagine he is using a custom steampipe manifold tho..
