These thumper kits seem ok. Come with all the gear to wire it up to leave the thumper in the back. You can hide the wiriing and such under carpet and trim and the battery just unclips and comes out. Once he's done with the vehicle you'd just need to pull out the cable and no-one would be the wiser ...

Have a look at King Rims, i'm running these and they're about $30 per rim less than Sunraysias.

In the last 3 or so years hyundai have made massive improvements. I'm currently driving a 2 year old hyundai as a daily driver and i can't fault it. Especially with 5L/100klm fuel economy

If you drive a diesel hard all day they definately don't have such a large increase in fuel usage as petrols. My old diesel dual cab used to get 12L/100klm on a good run and if you flogged it you'd get maybe 14-15L/100klm. It was very consistent.

The jeep on the other hand gets 22L/100klm+ if i ...

Bogged have to agree the old pattens tire is as rare as rocking horse shit in the popular sizes.

Have been after 3 35x12.5x15 for months to match up with one I have in the shed which has never been on the troll. Could only find 2 in Goodyear warehouse in Melbourne and Goodyear tire tracking system ...

I was defected for no rear mudflaps and the traffic copper gave me a written warning that they had to be no more than 300mm from the ground for offroad type vehicles and 200mm for road cars.

Front first if you've got a decent rear LSD. Unfortunately you've got a Toyota so it's got a terrible LSD so you'll need it in the rear.

I have noticed on the light force website that they sell different heat sinks for the hid lights to change the beam angle. lightforce are a great light very happy with them, how ever i feel the spread could be a little better, even with the combo cover on the light. has anybody tried these, do they ...

Lightforce don't make a full spread for the 240's so i'm running a combo on each. I would like a full spread cover as the combo still doesn't put out as much spread as i'd like. I should have gone with 170's because at least they have a full spread cover.
