Usually a proper fitting soft top will not leak at all, wrangler factory soft tops are the best in the business.

I can't speak of JK's, but my TJ's factory top is 10 years old and my viking is 4 years old and no leaks in heavy rain ;) 10 years with many more to ...

These thumper kits seem ok. Come with all the gear to wire it up to leave the thumper in the back. You can hide the wiriing and such under carpet and trim and the battery just unclips and comes out. Once he's done with the vehicle you'd just need to pull out the cable and no-one would be the wiser ...

I'm using a 30 amp push-to-reset circuit breaker for my ARB compressor and a 20amp push-to-reset breaker for my smaller suspension compressor. Been running these since 2008 and i've never had to reset them.

Bogged have to agree the old pattens tire is as rare as rocking horse shit in the popular sizes.
