Hi all i currently own a 1988 rrc and have scored a sd1 v8 3.5 and im wondering if its any diffrent to a range rover 3.5 and if so what parts will i need to change to make it work im running a 4speed zf is it a straight swap thanks for any feed back

I noticed the other day that one of my tappets was a bit noisey just wondering what this generally means and what can i do to fix it... thanks for any information regarding this topic its an efi 3.5 may i add

I am thinking of pulling my efi 3.5 out of my rangie and putting a p76 in what are peoples views on this engine would I be gaining much power and what parts can I use of my 3.5 im running a zf with high tough axles in the rear thanks for any feedback

Keep it older 4wd are alot more enjoyable than newer ones ive got an 88 range rover i blew the head gasket on my 3.5 a while back cost me 1800 at the time i was thinking of giveing it the arse but i ended up getting it fixed havent had a problem since even if you do sell it for parts people arent ...

Yeh mate ive got the kit for the 350 chev to be mated to the zf 4 speed bought it from marks adapters for around the 1000 mark for everything make me an offer the kit includes engine mounts and rear bellhouseing plates

Maxi drives are a great unit if i had the coin and they still made them i would get one over an arb locker... but ive just put a arb locker in bought the 24 spline hi tough axles from les richmond in melbourne for around the 750 mark the only problem ive had was when installing you have to be very ...

Could someone tell me how much horsepower a zf 4 speed can take its in a 1988 range rover. Can you make them stronger? Ive currently got a 350 chev in front of it didnt really want to go with the t400 because the zf is so smooth...
