If it is leaking oil, the seal on the inside on the drive shaft has to be changed.
That is the only seal that stops the oil from the diff to get to the CV housing.
The large seals on the outside stops the grease coming out and water coming in.

I haven't used the eyes on the front of the chassis, but I have pulled the hook in the middle of the front off already.
It is strong, but not for the way we used it ;)
I use the eyes on the home made front bumper now.
