I did not know (till I found out) that the glow light is also a general fault light. Glow plug light on after a pump rebuild has been noted from time to time. In many cases it is due to a vac line leak/break somewhere. When my fuel pump was rebuilt and reinstalled, a vac sensor connection was broken ...

Not sure if this is the same issue, but myself (in Melb) and another HZJ105r owner (in NT) both had glow light come on and stay on after injector pump work. EAch of us eventually traced the problem to a vac line that had come off (due to a vac line plug broken off on one of the vac switches). Like ...
