1HDT using a lot of fuel what you guys gettin
as topic says my 1HDT is using a shit load of fuel high way driving using 25lt per 100 tried taking the 35's off and using the 31's hasn't seemed to make much difference i spoke to a fella at denco diesel and he said to ask what others are gettin from theres or 1HZ turbos so any help would be great

on the drivers side there is a hole under neither your radiator overflow bottle that if you enlarge that hole for your piping would be perfect for it to come in behind your grill but would suggest puttin some pinch rubber around it so it doesn't rub through your piping can also use the same spot on ...

does anyone know if the exhaust manifold the same bolt on pattern between the two motors .need a new manifold for my 1 hdt will a after market turbo manifold from a 1hz fit ??

yeah mine had a sunroof before i cut it to a single cab i cut off the old turret and put on another that i got off a wrecker wasn't a hard job to do if you know what your doin

when mine went in it worked for a couple of months than did what you are describing by not goin into 4wd with the light on the dash not coming on than one morning it was on with out me doin anything and now i can't get it back into 2wd it has to do with the wiring or vacum lines or the vacum pump ...

i build tipper ute backs for a living there is nothing to them just a sub frame which attaches to your mounts. than tray sits on that with the pivot at end of chassis so when you tip the tray doesn't hit i use a 12v power pack can pick them up from most hydraulic suppliers with a ram much stronger ...
