mine had the same problem, and was slow on the starter motor. turned out to be the earth lead from the body to the thermostate housing, replaced it with good cable and made a massive difference.

i allreaddy had another earth from the body to the intake manifold, but must not have been earthing ...

see there work first, my rims were done by a mob in bayswater, they now look like poo 6 months later, all the powdercoat has cracked off the first time i did wheel nuts up!!!

good on ya! the cooler has less than 5 mm behind it against the air con condenser, and i'd need to cut the gill out to clear the highmount also, so i all went :finger:

You can get this 6.5 antenna in a combo with a 6" 3db so you can have the best of both worlds. My head unit is under the center console at the rear and the face of the UHF is on the console in front of the gearstick.

are you serious? putting airlockers in gets rid of the weak sidegears found in toyota 8" diffs especially. its just weak shit your putting back in your diff, i know what i'd rather replace.....an axle or a full locker and a diff rebuild?

an 80 front centre is the same size as a hilux rear diff, i blew two with a 22R......go the GU, if your looking for the biggest brakes, 4800 patrol's have the biggest but you'll need 16's to clear the brakes.

pic sof the 2nd batt and cooler piping, the cooler piping is 2.5" mild steel and i used donuts to do the bends, will be done in alloy eventually tho.

can't see big heaps in the pics tho.

thats a realy neat setup. do u have any more pics? mainly of your intercooler piping and intercooler mouting. do u stil have an air con condensor in there as well?

i was looking at putting a FMIC on my turbo gq but piping was looksing a bit tight around the battery on the drivers side.

i'll get ...
