Re: best way to straightin a bullbar?

you can snatch off bullbar eyelets so why is it such a shock to attach the snatch strap to the part of the bar thats bent and carefully apply weight?
If they are 8.8 high tensile bolts they shouldnt/wont break

Re: 12mm plate for welding/fab table

12mm would be plenty strong enough IMO. but in saying that,if your going to cut on it with a plasma or an oxy you'll gouge any gauge material to some degree unless you lift it off the bench a bit. Its going to be prety expensive so hold on lol. If you know someone that works at one steel or blue ...

Re: high steer rod hits sump

extending bumpstops does not limit your flex. in fact it can help with flex by providing a leverage point for the diff. If your going twin transfers you need a transfer case from a 79-83 model hilux or youll need a top shift conversion kit plus the adapter to fit them together. Why dont you make a ...

did anyone mention going up a rocky track?

start your motor and blast the garden hose into the alternator and it should clean it and start working again.
if not pull it apart and clean it and it should work again.
