Even had a guys from windscreens Obrien have a look today and he can't work it out, maybe it's a faulty design

Hey guys Just replaced the window winding mechanism due to the window just falling down as I go over any bumps. Now the new one is doing the exact same thing - what have I missed??? :? :? :? I have even pulled out the one on the other side and compared them and can't see any real difference. Help!!!

Juist had the AC pump start squeeling at me when i'm over about 1500rpms, since i'm moving to Sydney next week will it last the trip down?
Had mate tell me his screamed for ages before it gave up,
my biggest worry is 2 days with the missus whinging "it to hot in here"
