Re: Hzj75 with intercooler and FRP bonnet

Thanks for the replys, Id like to see some photos of the water to air kit along with a price, as far as a front mount air to air I really cant see how you could fit 1 in a 75 & still leave the grill in place, there really isn't much room there. And even getting the pipes to it would be a night mare ...

Hzj75 with intercooler and FRP bonnet

Hi people I've got a 93 hzj75 ute with a denco turbo kit and I'm looking at intercooling it, I tossed up the idea of a denco water to air intercooler but now I'm thinking about fitting a air to air intercooler as there is less parts and less chance off anything failing. I like the look of the FRP ...

Has anyone had problems with there transfer case jumping out of low range? It only does it when engine braking going down very steep hills, never when driving up hills and its a horrible feeling when your crawling down a hill to have the transfer case jump into neutral

turbo kits

The main reason for the intercooler is to allow higher boost pressures to be run while keeping the air going into the engine cooler and more dense, so more fuel can also be pumped into the cylinders while keeping the fuel/air ratio correct which in turn = more horsepower, but on a stock diesel only ...
