Thanks for the replys, Id like to see some photos of the water to air kit along with a price, as far as a front mount air to air I really cant see how you could fit 1 in a 75 & still leave the grill in place, there really isn't much room there. And even getting the pipes to it would be a night mare ...

I use it for everything from slow 1st gear tight off road stuff to towing a camper and touring, what are peoples thoughts on the denco water to air intercooler kits? I'm happy with the turbo kit I got off them but have heard bad things about the water pumps in there intercooler kits not being ...

I had gennie extractors and a full system on my 75 series and now ive put a denco kit on an there full exhaust system and its the best thing ive ever done, running 8.5 psi boost and keeping the egt under 550C, no issues at all with 350000km on it

I turboed my mates 2.8 4 runner at 200000 and its just turned over 400000km all origional engine serviced every 5000km still running very sweet, doesnt use no oil and runs like a clock

Thanks, Ill try the de-tent spring but other than that its got me buggered, I rebuilt the gearbox & transfer case about 12 months ago and replaced everything that had any signs of wear, cost me a fortune now the 1st time ive gone out and played hard its jumping out of gear

HZJ 75 series transfer case problem
Has anyone had problems with there transfer case jumping out of low range? It only does it when engine braking going down very steep hills, never when driving up hills and its a horrible feeling when your crawling down a hill to have the transfer case jump into neutral

If your after the black fibreglass flares talk to TJM 4x4 megastore at blacktown, they got a set for me about 4 months ago, the back are the same as the 75 series troopy, but you need the ones with the cutout for the rear fuel tank, & they should still be able to get the front ones for the bundy ...
