mines a 24v, the wiring diagram appears to be reduced so they could fit in some notes, but they made it so small i cant read the wire colours. There is a fuse in the loom.

how does the wiring go to the back of the arb comp. switch ? i managed to set fire to my loom today, i reckon because the wiring was wrong to the switch. the instructions are piss poor.

Yo amigos I'm trying to figure out which rear diff is in my mq, the gregorys book i have lists the c200 and h233b and both are 4.625:1. Its an 82 diesel 4 speed if that helps and its not lsd. Also what would the axle spline count be ? arb quoted me for a 31 or 37 spl. locker, the 31 is over $100 ...

yeah just extend your gear lever so you can get more leverage, then force it in whenever you want.

Hey all I'm considering doing the SOA conversion on my mq , but i cant find any info on the legalities of doing it in SA. Any croweaters done it ? Does it need an engineering cert. ? does it have to pass a regenvy inspection ?
While i'm at it, the diff is cast iron right ? or are the axle tubes ...

The local bunnings has sheets of c/plate approx 600x600 for $51. obviously it would be a fair bit less at a metal place but its still pretty dear.
Moneys a bit of an issue at the mo, not working much because of illness.

I want to replace te pooey masonite (i think) side panels from the inside of my MQ SWB. Anyone done this ? I'm wondering what to replace them with. Aluminium checkerplate would be ideal i reckon, but for the cost and the rice factor.
