ha, silverstones were on the list, cheapest of them all, but are 38mm height difference in 31" size to simexs. Class rules are 31"max so, every bit counts (yeah yeah ask the missus :D ) but good too know bout zilla's and bagging

cant help with the TC question, but check the injector harness where it plugs into main engine loom, see if theres oil in it. If so, see if its made its way to the ECU. My TD5 110 had this fault (since sold) which sypmtoms included running rough/on 4 cylinders, my 2001 TD5 Disco has some oil in loom ...

Have heard of using a 1300 van extension housing in place of the 413 extension housing too "shorten" gearbox :? Just wanting too confirm this before I start hunting for said van gearbox. Anyone heard or done it??

Has the injector harness/engine loom been looked at?? Cant remember if the problem was sorted by then or not. My 2000 TD5 needed both. O-ring fails at the injector and oil seeps through the injector harness, into engine loom then into ECU. Was a worldwide problem on TD5's
