i dont want a kit, i just want the turbo, all the rest will come later... i just want to start mocking the turbo setup so once i have everything all i need to do is bolt it all up, but as for power i just want something to get me from a - b with a bit of extra grunt and also the added hp for 4wding ...

the splines they are talking about are the spline in the cv itself, 30 being stronger you cannot use a 30 spline with a 27 spline axel and visa versa 27 is stock, spline number wise anyways. so if you are going for a axle and cv set get 30 spline, if you are only getting cv's you will need 27 ...

yeah no worries, i spoke to mike vine earlier and discussed it with him, he told me i can use my factory zorst manifold, they make an adaptor inhouse to suit and he said for all the 1hz engines he has done he has used a to3 turbo and he says it makes great low down torque aswell as up high power ...

new alt fitted, gold coast 4x4 wreckers suppied an oval plug type to me for $100 its out of an 03 cruiser, it works a treat, everything works perfectly on it now, not to mention my 91 ute has a 96 engine in it..... only just noticed today :S

think he means panhard rod, which is used to centre ur diff, and with a lift and non adjustable rod you probly will be banging heads with ur engine

i changed the batt mate and it made no different, i did notice the alt had a nice crack in the case, but thanks to the guys down at gold coast 4x4 wreckers my new alt will be installed 2moro arvo sometime. lets hope that fixes my issues, when i pulled my alt out today and spun it, it was tight and ...
