did one last week i would post pics if i could be bothered got a pile of worthless cracked cast iron here. cracked on 3 cylinders all pre comp chambers cracked eroded the block from coolant entry are you getting extra coolant in your overflow ?

high pressure pump? i have heard of a high volume pump: "a pump canonly create flow it is restriction that creates pressure" just had to clear that up. what sort of clearances are you running? is your crank running in oil and creating windage? ie airating the oil causing an airlock? for christs sake ...

if you are careful,the bearing cage is plastic and can be disassembled, you can press the axle bearing off retaining all the parts change the outer seal press the bearing inner back on reasemble the bearing race. this saves buying a complete assembly

The hose goes from the idle up unit to the solenoid on the firewall, then from the solenoid to the outlet on the rear of the vacuum pump (on the back of the alternator) . There is a screw on the rear of the idle up unit to adjust the speed :D :D

Its the exhaust manifold , thats what the turbo bolts to, Which is why you need a crossover pipe to the inlet from the turbo. :? :microwave:
You will need to modify exhaust to match up to turbo.

Sounds like you sheared the pins in your lockrite, when a cv lets go they unloadand flick back shearing the pins . You can buy them seperate from lockrite retailers.

Have you changed your transfer case oil recently? the problems we had at nissan when i was there was caused by too thick transfer oil. It should have nissan matic D fluid in it. The thick oil causes the shaft to turn at high speeds partially engaging the hubs.

Get onto MTQ engine systems , they do a low mount manifold new for about $380. Then onto Ebay for a cheap chinese turbo T3/T4 suit skyline, or a second hand skyline turbo off RB25DET. Make a cross over pipe and oil lines and turn the fuel pmp up. You won't need to intercool it if you stay at 8-10 ...

Could be the turbo seals , how much oil . A small amount is normal, just tighten clamps up . Alot , say 100 ml , is indicating turbo fault.

The turbo may produce 15 psi but won't flow enough air for the engine, a pump only creates flow its restriction that creates pressure. The swept volume of the rotary is probably half that of the patrol. You would have to make the turbine work twice as hard to fill the patrol engine to 15 psi !!! Get ...
