I agree with Cyrel. I do alot of remote and bush work and it is far easier to repair a brass radiator in the field than alloy, and even if don't know how to fix it youself a half decent mechanic or stationhand will.

I had the same problem with my HJ62 and overcame it using a good quality oil and then. a fuel additive "diesel power" @ 25ml per 100ltrs every second fill. The engine now runs great and my regular run from Ayers rock to Alice Springs (467km's) was using 85 ltrs one way now takes 55 ltrs one way. Way ...
