easiest way i found was to grab the bull bar on the side and wobble car side to side and listen and feel for a knock, you can normally feel if you have a wheel bearing or king pin gone, mine just did king pins and you could see the whole hub moving ,

i have 285/75/16 tyres on mine and when sitting next to my old but never used spare 33 muddie, its about a inch bigger not smaller, my 33 is on 15 inch rims though,

hey guys,
like most nissan owners, i bent a trailing arm and decided to buy superior ones for more strength, the ones i pulled out were 675mm long and when reading the specs before ordering didnt realize i was reading GU specs cause they were in the GQ section, turns out GU trailing arms are 675mm ...

hi all, got myself an ARB winch bar with WARN high mount winch for $400, just wanting to know were you buy parts for the winch, all solenoids have rusted terminals, stopping it from working, and its missing hand controller, cheers

my gq wagon once did this aswell as making a wierd droning noise, turned out to be the universal on the rear tailshaft closest to the transferbox, the uni needle bearings were powder, dont know how it stayed in there

only lasts a month or two, im on my fourth one and just been dealing with it. its got 4 inch lift with standard panhards though, but three of my mates have the same and they dont have trouble. i have a 5 litre in it so i just put it down to the extra torque, but im sure the 4.2 turbo boys make more ...

got a ford efi windsor in mine, makes better torque lower in the rpm then holden 5 ltr, cost me around 4500 to do myself, gets around 400/470 depending on how you drive, sounds great too
