It's a December '85 from memory, which 2L would it have?

I put a CT-20 turbo off at 2.4 turbo onto my 3L (2.8) motor and it made a heap of difference, particularly at highway speeds but also made a difference down low.
It's way cheaper and easier than an engine conversion. You should get a pyrometer for it too so you can keep an eye on exhaust temps ...

She's got 336,000kms on her, but it runs very well, doesn't use any oil and not a lot of smoke at all. All in all a good motor

I own a 1985 Toyota 4Runner with the 2L 2.4 diesel. It's a good little reliable motor, but man is it gutless, especially running 33's.

Anyway, I've been offered a turbo kit for it, but I'm just wondering if it's worth it? Will it really make much difference in terms of power and ...

I am in need of some rear head rests for my 1985 4Runner, as it will make longer trips a lot more comfortable. If anyone has got some available or knows someone who does please let me know. BTW I am willing to pay for them.
