Only need 2 inch lift but tyres will rub on the front mud flaps get a heat gun and mould the mud flaps back

Got one in my prado not the fastest winch but it just keeps pulling.
I think there not bad for the money,and i'm shore they are just a rebadged brawn winch.

Tyre dilemma

We are heading to the Mud this weekend and don't know which tyres to wear. We have a set of silverstone MT117 Sport 285/75/16's and a set of 255/75/16's mongrels. We've been with the mongrels before and had no trouble, but the silverstones are taller and wider for more of a footprint. Does anyone ...

You will need to change front struts if you want to lift it 50mm.
As for tyres i'm not sure i run 285/75/16 but thats on a gxl prado

It will rub on your front mud flaps, but you can adjust them.(grinder)Back will fit no worrys.

The v6 model has a diff breather on the front that goes up the left hand side skirt.The back diff only has a short hose that goes to the chasey. Run a hose from the back diff to the fire wall then Put a cheap fuel filter on the end of the hose . stops any rubish getting in the diff.

I run bilsteins on the front and efs shocks on the back .Lovells springs all round. Rides well handles well. If you want to buy or talk to anyone about suspension talk to 4wd Stuff on outerlimits.

I run 255 70 16 mongrels on my prado .Have been great so far, top tyre in the mud not that noisy on the road,no more noisy than kumhos.Seem to were well on the road .
