is the 80% front profile rule counting just the grille & headlights , or are the guards included in that 80% ? makes a big difference when you look at a zuke / 40 series with a grille / headights that are set narrow & the guards protrude out wide from the headlights , compareds to the likes of a GU ...

Does the 80% include blinker surrounds which are part of my 60 series headlight surounds? or can I cut them off and use a LED style ones?
