The main differance between the salisbury and the axel you have on the Rangie is the lenght of the diffs nose. The nose on the slaibury is bigger, so your prop will need mods. This is the reason why 90's don't have salisburys on the rear.

Yes they fit,yes they are stronger and yes they are the same ratio :D If you are talking about a defender rear diff then no i won't fit in a Range Axle, but you could put the whole 110 Axle on and that would be stronger. They are the same ratio. The front Diff out of 110 will fit straight into a ...

No one has broken Ashcroft cv's yet in the UK. And they've been tested in the toughest events What about 101 axles? 38mm shafts and rather large cv's. Pete Whitman is running his under an LS7 on 42" IROKS and he's had no probs. Bryn has his on Boggers without hassle. Then there's Dynatrack but ...

Need to have a look at the heater matrics
Is the truck loseing water.

That would be pointless, easier just to fit the tdi to the rangie. Which is easy to do . Disco TDi and box would be the best option if a 200 TDi ( saves alot of changing stuff on the engine)and does not matter which (def or disco) if a 300 TDi. Did it to a 1971 Range 2 door. Put a 200 TDi engine ...

the 200 tdi does tend to do head gaskets at about 110,000 miles, about 179,000 k's. They do it at number 4 oil way. Not a problem but make sure you get a landy gen one as they are differant as land rover found it was a problem, and changed the gasket. But apart from that it is a bullet proof engine ...
