If you are fitting a turbo to a 1HZ then definately go with the intercooler, it makes a big :shock: differance & help with engine longevity. Don't worry about the oil cooler, won't be needed.
As for the extra oil in the fan, if you can source the correct oil it's just a matter of removing the fan ...

Does he want it for its suspension functionality or for the power, that is the question he has to answer for himself. Fuel economy would be much better with this new donk wouldn't it. He would have to enquire about the warranty with toy-ota before even thinking of it...wouldn't he.... :?:

Spoke with a mate who is a mechanic for Toyota & he said take it to your dealer ASAP, a malfunction could see the air bag not operate when needed most or worse, activate for no reason at all. :shock: :shock:

most HD-FT 80's still pull in big bucks even 3rd hand, no real issues with the motor or running gear but if it's got the sun roof make sure the drains are not blocked or the water will enter the cabin.

I got it done.
works too

its illegal to leave the car with the engine running on the TTimer anyway.

I usually take it easy for last few klms to where Im going, then while I unpack car, let it idle, that cools it down.

just checked with NRMA, in NSW they will accept a turbo timer as a legal ...

Mark it's the rear of the lower wishbone on the drivers side, there are photos but they are on 100scool yahoo web site, members only viewing sorry.

yeah check out the Michelin range, 255/100 R16's, they have a good weight ratio, they fit them to Mitsubishi Canter 4wd trucks as super singles :cool: :cool:

OK I have been in touch with the distributors, they can do the shirts for $15.00 each, ( i believe thats US $ ) but for each shirt ordered you get a free 1.5 x 5 inch GOT CRUISER vinyl sticker valued at $3.00 each.
