Maybe with a new, meatier clutch your not getting the rod travel needed to disengage clutch?
I had to run a GU 1-1/6 master in mine for this reason, but you could also get your slave sleeved...

I thought Landcruisers had -22mm offset?
Thats why Patrol owners use them to fit 35x12.5 rubber...

Same cam spec as a standard 165kw engine I believe. Only differences between the non stroked 5 litre motors were factory bolt on mods such as the addition of knock sensor, extractors, exhaust, memcal chip & cold air induction.
