Check wearing on the edges of the belts. Try turning the belts round. Might be a pulley just otu of aligment. They tend to make a noise on some engines and some belts.

First check your pints gap. Second did you remove the dizzy? If so you will ahve to get no.1 cyl at top dead center. Then fit the dizzy. Make sure that you rotor button is inline with no.1 cylinder on your cap. Then just adjust timming to suite.

its a self tensioner setup. it will be 15mm spanner. Put on the top idler puller and move it anti-clockwise. Will bring the arm down and remove the belt. Easy as that.

I have mine mounted in where my ash tray was, as i don't smoke. I made brackets inside and then put a faceir around the cb. Looks great.

If its just a low pressure line, i would replace the hose clamps and also the hose if it looks to be getting old or worn. If its leaking on high pressure lines check to see if everythings tight. If everythings tight and its still leaking, it could be the o-rings on the lines connections if they seal ...
