It did have plates on it. So i guess he had it RR.
And it doesn't look as good as the GQ shorty.

There is at least one over here. I've seen it driving round melb. Nothing compaired to the GQ shorty.

I took my Patrol to Eastern Automatics a few years ago when I still had the car. They are in Bayswater and did a great job.

naw i havent looked the defenders. I had a quick look last nite and there too pricey for wat i want to start off with.
Plus i dont really like the look of them. Kinda picky

Is there anything i should be looking for? Mate told me the auto box is almost bullet proof is that true? Manual better than auto? Mate also said if i put toyota diff centres in it'll be bullet proof as well. True or not?

Im only looking at spending max $5000 of buying a car but then heaps more on building it. Its not going to be for work just offroad. So if its sitting there getting built then so be it cos i got another car for to and from places.
The only reason i want to get an older one is the price.
