Hi Shadow, Thanks for the info it got the better of me so when got out of bed this afternoon I went investigating & yes found rather loose bolts on inlet manifold right at back not very good to get at but did get it done will test tomorrow when we go to town as it's 60ks should be a good test ...

Hi Shadow, Yea I had read somewhere that the EGR valves give some problems I won't be able to work on it until tomorrow night or Wednesday so I will check these items out as U say loose manifold bolt maybe the problem as it doesn't start until the engine is at operating temperature & above 2000 rpms ...

Sorry about that forgot to do this morning checked a little while ago yes both 2H & 12HT exhaust studs are the same the threads protude about 38mm out of head & are 8mm in dia x 1.25 thread pitch.

I think U will find them to be the same size exh studs for a 2H or 12HT I just put new studs in an 80 series & toyota just ordered in for me no questions ask.
I have a 12HT & 2H down the back so will measure for U tomorrow

Yes the 60 series & 75 series boxes are the same & as for the vaccum change on the 60's it's only matter of unbolting it them bolting manual stick arrangement on
