you will find it's the rear layshaft/countershaft bearing,common fault on sj 5speed gearbox's

worth changing all the bearings as they have all done the same mileage tho

the engine is a renault 1.5 and the diesel jimny is widely available throughout europe except for england (guess where i live?) i saw these modified ones at 4x4 salon in Val d isere last year they were fitted with ironman coil lifts, koni adjustable shocks,8mm skid plates and 195x15 chaco retreads ...

it's usually the red wire into the headlight, remember the system is negative switching

they had a combination of iron man coils and koni adjustable shocks and 195 x 15 mt retreads
they were also 1.5 diesels (renault engine)

i had a x90 here in the uk and the biggest tyre i could fit was
205/70/15 AT which rubbed slightly under heavy braking while turning
the australian x90 had a different coil spring according to the parts fiche so you may not experience this problem
